The Board of Directors of American Reddy Heritage Foundation (ARHF), reserves the right to revoke membership for any reason, such as violations of the Code of Conduct, non-payment of dues, direct or indirect involvement or indulgence in illegal, criminal, or antisocial activities, and so on. 

A fair and transparent process will be followed, providing due opportunities for explanation and appeal.
